Villa Los Primos – Spanish for ‘The Cousins’ – is a dream project born from the friendship and family ties of Brabant cousins Guido and Bob, along with their wives Pascale and Madelon. They had long dreamed of owning a holiday home abroad, and in the summer of 2022, that dream became reality.

Their love affair with Spain started early in their lives, sparked by wonderful sun-filled holidays along the Costa Brava. Even now, returning to Spain feels like coming home. That’s what made finding and transforming this place into an absolute paradise so incredibly special.

“The road to get there involved hard work, but it was also pure enjoyment – from the weekend trips with the real estate agent hunting for the perfect property, to handpicking every tile and interior detail, to the wonderful friendships formed with our Spanish neighbours. Guido even spent eight months on-site, overseeing the construction himself, because we wanted to be absolutely certain that nothing would be overlooked. We simply have to say: Villa Los Primos has become our true dream home! Last summer we experienced it for the first time with our children, and we hope many families and groups of friends will discover the same magic we have found.”
