• Day visitors are welcome but must be notified in advance to the landlord or responsible party. Overnight stays are not permitted unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• Making fires is not allowed either outside or inside the house.
• You may use the barbecue. Please note that the grill will need to be cleaned.
• Music is allowed but please be considerate of neighbors. Music must be turned down after 22:00.
• Glass containers are not allowed near the pool area.

Free cancellation within 8 days of making a reservation.
Reservations can be cancelled by sending an email, following the cancellation rates below:

• 30% of the total rental amount if cancelled after 8 days from booking until 8 weeks before the arrival date.
• 50% of the total rental amount if cancelled from 8 weeks before the arrival date until 4 weeks before the arrival date.
• 100% of the total rental amount if cancelled within 4 weeks before the arrival date.

Yes, it is possible to place your desired dates on hold. If your dates are still available we can place an option, we will then hold the dates for 3 days for you. Please send us a request by email.

The check-in time on the day of arrival is 16:00. We ensure that you are welcomed to the villa by our host who will show you around the villa.
In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund applies. We ask you to vacate the villa by 10:00 at the latest. Upon check-in, you will discuss the exact time with the host. You will then inspect the villa together for any damage.

Yes, the villa has its own washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The total price includes a towel package per person. If you book a stay for longer than 1 week, an interim linen change is included in your stay. If you wish to schedule an additional change, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

With each stay you pay a mandatory cleaning fee. If you wish an interim cleaning, this can be arranged for an additional fee. You can book this interim cleaning in advance with extras or add it to your booking later.

Our accommodation is child-friendly. We want children to have a fantastic holiday in our villa. We have provided the following for children;

• two camping beds with bed linens
• two high chairs
• plastic cups, cutlery and drinking cups
• two safety gates for stairs and pool and a closable gate on the terrace by the kitchen.

The nearest airport is Girona Airport. This is approximately 35 minutes driving to the villa. It is also possible to fly to Barcelona Airport. That is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the villa.

Yes, all beds can be separated. In 1 room there is not enough space to place them far apart, but in the other 5 bedrooms there is.
